When is the property available?

September - May weekly and weekends.

June, July and August on a monthly basis for the Aspen Music Festival and summer vacations, two (2) month minimum. 

When should I book my reservation?

Prime weeks go quickly. Previous year's renters are offered first option to rebook the property during the month of January. Starting on February 15th we open up all available weeks for general reservations.

How do we pay should we decide to reserve a week?

Payment is by check or Visa. We require a 50% deposit to hold your week with the balance of your rent due ten (10) days before your scheduled arrival. Additionally we require a $500.00 security deposit during your visit..

What time should we plan to arrive and depart?

Move-out is promptly at 9:30am with move-in scheduled for 10:00am.

Who provides the linens?

Linens are provided by a local linen service, bed configurations are one (1) king, two (2) twins and a queen hide-a-bed in the living room.

Who cleans the property?

We insure the condo is clean prior to your arrival and it's your responsibility to leave the condo clean upon your departure. Cleaning supplies are provided.
